While Visio does do layout, for things like radial, flow chart, circle. This jira is just
about "distribution", which is much simpler. The screenshot shows the
distribution button. There are just 4 distribution types:
Distribute Horizontal Spacing
Distribute Centre
Distribute Vertical Spacing
Distribute Middle
Visio style distribution layout for GEF.

While GEF has alignment layout functionality it does not have distribution layout
functionality, which is used to make sure spaces between nodes in GEF are consistent.
