My priority is:
1. Change Seam runtime so our wizards will work
2. Change libs (if not doable warn about needing to do it manually)
3. Change XSD's (if not doable warn about needing to do it manually)
Users cannot change projects from Seam 2.0 to Seam 2.1

Trying to change my project from 2.0 to 2.1 I get a message saying I cannot change
version of project facet Seam to 2.1
We should as a minimum allow this change but warn that libraries are not automatically
updated.
