Steps to Reproduce: 1) Ensure that your user doesn't have domain created 2) File -> New -> Other... -> OpenShift Application 3) Provide your credentials Actual Result: a new pop-up window for creating domain is opened, but it doesn't have title (See screenshot) Expected Result: the pop-up window has to have title
