I attached move_tree_logic_attempt_2.txt which fixes 2 problems in the first patch, but
have the same main problem: hibernate instances still exposed through getItem() :(

The tree nodes use hibernate references inside. As the tree could be different for
different hibernate versions it should be moved to extenders plugins when we implement
multiversion hibernate support.
