With the NEW JBT 4.5.2.Final I get this, and can resize it.

With the NEW devstudio 11.2.0.GA
(devstudio-11.2.0.GA-v20180122-2025-B1884-installer-standalone installer), I get this:

It is not possible to download EAP runtimes with devstudio. I have tested EAP versions:
7.1, 7.0, 6.4.
