This is with 99% certainty a (e)git + windows issue because of that OS tendency to lock
files.
We can't fix it locally, but we can ensure we found matching issue or get it reported
upstream in egit and linked to here.
Workaround: delete the project from outside eclipse after exit of eclipse.
