Max, the drop-down just keeps track of the URLs that were successful. It doesn't
really keep track of the "history" yet. The goal would be to add a couple of
buttons (forward and back) to the toolbar and actually track the properties (request side
only, probably not response side). That still needs to be implemented.

Release Notes Text: The WS Tester now persists all the settings associated with a
particular URL - body text, parameters, and request headers are persisted along with the
response headers and response text. If you select a previously used URL and change
something (i.e. the body for a POST for a JAX-RS service) it will persist the new settings
for all future uses.
