Release Notes Text: In JBIDE-12168 we added support custom servers per connection.
Each connection may now reference its very own OpenShift server, be it
openshift.redhat.com, a liveCD or your very own OpenShift origin instance. With this

In Beta2 (JBIDE-12168) we allowed every OpenShift connection to use its very own server.
This allows you to work with openshift.redhat.com,

Add server and connection URL to user properties view

the properties view for the user is currently offering domain and username.

We should add the server and the connection url to it. As URL we should use the
abbreviated form we're using when storing the connection. The form that uses
"empty string" for the server when the connction's using the default server.
Ex. https://adietish@ (what connects to https://adietish@openshift.redhat.com if
openshift.redhat.com is the default server)
