Rob Stryker commented on JBIDE-4006:
------------------------------------
Where does one go to actually add web beans into 5.0.1? I need to verify I'm adding
the proper path and tetst it and such.
http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-13302;jsessionid=A5B0CD3FA20BFC43...
seems to be out of date, referencing svn jars that do not exist and with different names.
I also do not see webbeans listed in the Projects section of the
jboss.org page anywhere,
and google searches are proving fruitless.
Is there a release anywhere specific or are you just building from svn? I've not yet
had the privilege of building JBoss or its subprojects from source before and am very
unfamiliar with the process. Any help you can offer is appreciated.
Classpath/Buildpath doesn't support WebBeans
--------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-4006
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-4006
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: JBossAS
Affects Versions: 3.0.0.CR2
Reporter: Juergen Zimmermann
Assignee: Rob Stryker
Fix For: 3.0.0.GA
WebBeans can be installed into the latest JBossAS 5.0.1. However, to develop with
WebBeans you need
${JBOSS_HOME}/server/default/deployers/webbeans.deployer/jsr299-api.jar.
It would be great if you could extend the build path and respect this jar for the GA
release.
