Given Drools is now building 5.2.0.SNAPSHOT, it's time to get this fixed. Kris, I
looked briefly at your existing build and it's already a maven build which calls out
to PDE to build plugins. Once the plugins are built, we could stick in a step to package

All the rest is building fine so for now I'm going to disable the test runner and hook
