[JBoss JIRA] Created: (JBIDE-2860) Incorrect connection of CSS
by Andrei Scherbovich (JIRA)
Incorrect connection of CSS
---------------------------
Key: JBIDE-2860
URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-2860
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Visual Page Editor
Affects Versions: 3.0.0.alpha
Reporter: Andrei Scherbovich
Assignee: Dzmitry Sakovich
1) If we try to describe styles in different CSS for the same tag, for example <body>, with using the same param, for example "color", but with the different values, for example "red" in first CSS, "blue" in other. And if we use <link> proccedures fot the both CSS files without setting up these files in Page Designe Options, we will see different results. The same style with the same param but with the different value is used from the first <link>, but it have to be used from last <link>, as browsers do.
2) Now include these pages in Page Designe Options. VPE read style only from the first including, independently of <link> processing

[JBoss JIRA] Created: (JBIDE-2269) On linux, some of default window sizes are too small
by Galder Zamarreno (JIRA)
On linux, some of default window sizes are too small
----------------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-2269
URL: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-2269
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Bug
Affects Versions: 2.1.0.CR1
Reporter: Galder Zamarreno
On Linux (Gnome), default window sizes for "New Server" and
"New Server Runtime" wizards are too small. I'm always having
to make them bigger.
In the case of "New Server" specially to add/remove deployable
archives from different projects. Without expanding it, I can't see the
full name of most of my project archives.
In the case of "New Server Runtime", this is to be able to see
most of the server configurations in a AS/EAP instance. With the
default size, I can only see one.

[JBoss JIRA] Created: (JBIDE-2096) Project explorer view without opening of ejb-jar.xml and jboss.xml
by Galder Zamarreno (JIRA)
Project explorer view without opening of ejb-jar.xml and jboss.xml
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-2096
URL: http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-2096
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Affects Versions: 2.1.0.beta1
Reporter: Galder Zamarreno
>> 4.- When you create an EJB project, if the ejb-jar.xml is located in
>> [project-name]/[source-folder]/META-INF/ejb-jar.xml, jdbs shows a nice
>> preview of it (see "Deployment Descriptor" at the bottom left of
>> "ejb-jar-xml-preview.png"). This does not happen if the ejb-jar.xml is
>> located somewhere else. Is this configurable?
>
> This is the Project Explorer that is showing the WTP project model which
> over time also will integrate information from Java annotations and thus its
> more than just what is in ejb-jar.xml.
>
> The reason it does not show anything when the file is not in that location
> is because that is the assumed standard location...and you got more than one
> so which one should it pick up ?
>
> In any case what we try to do for most file types is that you can explore them
> directly. e.g. we can browse faces-config.xml and hbm.xml files in the project explorer
> without opening them.
Project explorer view of ejb-jar.xml and jboss.xml would be welcome.
