So to start Seam war project you had to deploy *-ds.xml file by hand from Package Explorer (Seam project->resources->*-ds.xml file->Deploy to Server). If run server with deployed project without *-ds.xml file some errors will be in console. I found that this problem occurs because the process in which JBoss is running is terminated before shutdown is executed.
