I have tried to reproduce your case and noticed some errors, but they aren't related to the JBoss Maven Integration facet.
If you add
<build>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
<configuration>

<target>1.5</target>
</configuration>
</plugin>
</plugins>
</build>
to container/pom.xml, the project can be checked out from SVN without any error.
However, I don't understand in what way this issue is related to the JBoss Maven Integration.
Could you please explain what you expect to get after checking out this project?
