VpeAllTests class has been created to allow run all vpe tests at one place.
All vpe tests has been collected together throw org.jboss.tools.vpe.ui.tests extension point. This extension point has been removed, so VpeAllTests begin fail and we have missed possibility to run all vpe tests from one place.
