When you try to import for example the cmp project from as7 (git://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as.git) you will need to install build-helper-maven-plugin. But that will fail because of unsatisfied dependency for org.eclipse.m2e.jdt .
The problem is that org.eclipse.m2e.jdt is available, but only in version 1.0.x whereas the required version is [1.1.0,2.0.0).

Seeing JBIDE-10311 made me realize that we actually could catch these by having a *minimal* target platform to either build or test against.
The problem here is that a plugin got a plugin dependency based on the target platform - but the target platform have the latest 3.7.1 version meaning those users running 3.7.0 would have problems installing it.
If we had a minimal target platform (.target) we could actually install/verify these issues against it.
Not necessarily every night - but like once a week run the build or install the updatesite against the minimal target platform would
reveal these dependency issues.

I'm facing a strange problem when republishing an app in JBoss inside Eclipse.
When I start the server with the app deployed, the state of the EAR within the server reaches the "Synchronized" state when it finishes starting. BUT the XML with the datasource deployed remains in the "Republish" state (see the uploaded image with the JBoss Server view and the uploaded XML with the datasource).
The application works fine but, when I make any minor change to any XHTML of my app and hit the "Publish" of my server (I have the JBoss server configured not to publish changes automatically), the following two lines are thrown to the console output:
