Add CSV editor (reusable from http://sourceforge.net/projects/csveditor/files)

Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Reporter: Juergen Zimmermann
It would be fine if you could add the CSV editor from http://sourceforge.net/projects/csveditor/files . It would be a nice add-on when editing CSV files to be imported into any database.
I'm using this plugin since over a year, and it works without any problem. However, I'm not a lawyer regarding licensing issues.
