This uses a single copy of the publish.sh script which need not be updated between branches. In fact, the script could exist in the master branch and be deleted from the others.

Install test jobs work. Might want more for 4.0.x and 4.1.x but we can worry about that later.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-13392) openshift tools should be version 2.3.2, not 2.3.1 in 3.3.x branch
by Nick Boldt (JIRA)
Nick Boldt commented on JBIDE-13392:
------------------------------------
Must wait until bits are pushed to Marketplace to verify that installation is no longer blocked -- all tests should be blue here:
https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-3.3_stabl...
As to version bump issue, that's an easy one to verify -- just need to ensure that plugins/features in the nightly 3.3 site have 2.3.2 instead of 2.3.1 in them.

Because this is fixed in 2.3.2 and the above problem will go away when we release it to the Marketplace, I've renamed this issue and will attach a new patch for simply bumping features/plugins to 2.3.2.
