I tracked it down to the predefined H2 driver definition and by consequence the predefined DefaultDS database connection not having the jar path in question. The weird thing is that when you inspect the H2 driver definition in the preferences page, it seems to find the path and load it. Thus for reference, we can only include .0 builds in JBDS installer. I agree, however, that the QE test plan needs to include testing the USE of EAP 6.3.x.
