[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-18454) Cant connect to OpenShift running on RHEL 6.6 (javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Could not generate DH keypair)
by Andre Dietisheim (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-18454?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugi... ]
Andre Dietisheim commented on JBIDE-18454:
------------------------------------------
OpenJDK fixed the issue (by backporting the fixed in oracle jdk and openjdk8) to openjdk-1.7.0.71: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2014-1633.html
{quote}
The TLS/SSL implementation in OpenJDK previously failed to handle
Diffie-Hellman (DH) keys with more than 1024 bits. This caused client
applications using JSSE to fail to establish TLS/SSL connections to servers
using larger DH keys during the connection handshake. This update adds
support for DH keys with size up to 2048 bits. (BZ#1148309)

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-3179) PMD breaks Central & Project examples
by Mickael Istria (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3179?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Mickael Istria commented on JBDS-3179:
--------------------------------------
I believe it's better to publish the fixed Central site as part of the process of staging 4.2.0.CR2b. I'm afraid staging an alternative central now could introduce some confusion between what's respin-a and what's respin-b. Also, I don't expect QE people to try an alternative site right now when there is CR2b expected within a few days.

> When PMD is installed (from Central, PMD plugin version 4.0.3.v20140427-0831), everytime when JBoss Central is opened or refreshed (by refresh button in header of Start from a sample section) exception is thrown (http://i.imgur.com/a4bsImi.png).
> No project examples are working (not even archetypes from Start from scratch section).
