There are a few issues that I've encountered. The most notable one is on Windows with respect to usage of linked folders for the 'www' directory; I'm not sure if this is a Luna issue or a JBT issue - files/resources are not available either when opening them in an editor, or when they are accessed by an Eclipse plugin. Other issues are known ones like JBIDE-18222. I'll raise new bugs as appropriate in JBT JIRA.
