--------------------------------------------------------------
Proposed fix tries to match WTP runtime version to the Stacks runtime candidates version.
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-central/pull/295
WTP runtime version is inferred from ServerBeanLoader (looking at local manifest).
Remote runtimes version can not be determined via this method, though, so they would still be receive the default archetype version

> When you start a server and then right-click it in the server view and select Show in JMX Navigator, the JMX Navigator view will be opened for you and you will be taken there, but you will only be shown the 3 top level elements.
> You should really be taken straight to the given server in that view. And possibly even connect to it - right now it stays disconnected.
> Interesting is that when you do it again, you will be taken to the server correctly.

> Steps to reproduce
> - create a Maven project
> - add the Arquillian support
> - create a Java file (Test.java, for instance)
> - open a Java file and some other files
> - ensure that the Java file isn't activated
> - restart Eclipse
> - delete Test.java (don't activate it)
> You will get an exception.
> This is an upstream bug (the first part of the stacktrace isn't related to JBT). Eclipse doesn't close an editor that isn't activated even if the editor's input has been removed.
