> When creating a new OpenShift 3 server adapter, the source path is initialized to the selected project root. However, when switching project, the path is not updated, which causes the deployment to yield unpredicted results. Users would have to select a project AND manually select the root of that project as a source path. That doesn't fly.

(was: How this can be verified? I created a new Node JS example and changed local file and then created a server adapter for this application and select Publish in context menu of this application, some publishing job is shown as running but once it finish and dialog disappear, nothing happens. There are no changes shown on application running on OpenShift, nor any errors in error log etc. Any hint?)

> get the actions available on OpenShift 3 resources in openshift explorer so you don't necessarily have to jump between the various views to work with openshift apps. This matches an existing feature in OpenShift 2. Upon project creation, a "Create server adapter" checkbox should be displayed.

> Possible menus:
> - Start/Stop
> - Show Web Console
> - Port Forwarding
> - Stream logs
> [~maxandersen] can you think of anything else?
