Tycho problem solved.
1. Installed jboss-devstudio-9.0.0.Alpha1-v20150206-1912-B2758-installer-standalone.jar.
2. Reported by installer: *Required Disk Space: 666.25 MB*
3. Installed size on disk reported by `du -sch`: *592M*
So now we're over-reporting by ~10%, but that's certainly better than under-reporting, right?

Could make sense if Eclipse is reading an ~/.eclipse folder from a previous install, and that folder is defining metadata such as `~/.eclipse/org.eclipse.platform_4.4.1_1045763149_linux_gtk_x86_64/configuration/config.ini` ... ?
