[JBoss JIRA] (TOOLSDOC-622) QE Review: JBDS 8.1 GA Release Notes
by Martin Malina (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TOOLSDOC-622?page=com.atlassian.jira.plug... ]
Martin Malina reassigned TOOLSDOC-622:
--------------------------------------
Assignee: Misha Ali (was: Martin Malina)
Hi Misha,
I looked at http://docbuilder.usersys.redhat.com/23017/#Known_Issues and tried to compare it to CR1 and there is no difference in the JIRAs listed under Known Issues - it's exactly the same as in CR1. Can you specify what you added?
I have replied to your email about the queries - let's wait for Michelle's feedback on the Known Issues query. But for Resolved Issues, I believe we can use this:
{code}
(project in (JBDS) AND affectedVersion < "8.1.0.Beta1" AND fixVersion in (8.1.0.Beta1, 8.1.0.CR1, 8.1.0.CR2, 8.1.0.GA)
OR project in (JBIDE) AND affectedVersion < "4.2.3.Beta1" AND fixVersion in (4.2.3.Beta1, 4.2.3.CR1, 4.2.3.Final))
AND type in (Bug) AND resolution in (Done)
{code}
Also, I have a question. I wanted to view the 8.1.0.CR1 Release Notes, but they are nowhere to be found.
I looked here:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_Developer_Stu...
I'm pretty sure they were there under Beta1 last week when I reported TOOLSDOC-618. I understand that we might want to remove them once GA is released, but that hasn't happened yet. Do you know what happened?
I used this for the comparison: http://docbuilder.usersys.redhat.com/23055/#Known_Issues

[JBoss JIRA] (JBTIS-418) Cannot install JBDS-IS from downloaded zip into JBDS when offline
by Denis Golovin (JIRA)

Denis Golovin commented on JBTIS-418:
-------------------------------------
It looks more like devstudio issue then, i'll checkif it is possible to include usage feaure into jbds. Another option is to reference usage bundle instead of feature on jbdsis side.

-----------------------------------------
[~dgolovin] you are right, now I see the same message. But if you add jboss-devstudio-8.0.2.GA-updatesite-core.zip then you are able to install DV in offline mode.
