Today I tried to deploy a big dynamic web project to a remote server (no runtime, management, ssh connection both remote and localhost) and it get's stuck at 31 %. So it's actually not needed to have an EAR project. It's very simple. 1. Create remote server 2. Create dynamic web project 3. Add a big file inside project/WebContent - like the JBDS installer jar 4. Start the server and try to deploy 5. Deployment shows 20 %, then 31 % and then nothing more - it is stuck Furthermore, when you're stuck, there is no way to cancel the publishing - if I click the stop button in the progress view, it will stuck on that. Note that if I only want to deploy a small dynamic web project, it works fine.
