Note sure how to handle this. Defining the connection to Jira allows users to immediately see our Jira when they install the Mylyn-Atlassian stuff. The cost is that Mylyn logs it until there is not Atlassian connector.
[~maxandersen] What should we do with that? Keep the log? Remove the definition of our Jira?

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I took Eclipse 4.5.M6, installed JBT 4.2.3 in it, then ran from menu "Help > Check for Updates", saw a popup "No updates found". Then I tried the "Check for updates" toolbar button from the Software tab on Central, saw the same popup.
So I restarted Eclipse, and clicked "Check for Updates" toolbar button in Central, and saw the same pop-up.

yes, the customer is using JBoss Data Virtualization which utilizes JBDS with the Teiid Designer, from the Teiid Designer you create VDB deployments and deploy from JBDS, they are running the EAP/DV server in domain mode and hence cannot connect to and deploy the VDBs from JBDS.

there is no immediate plans at the moment.
do you have a usecase where it make sense to do this that is not doable with the current support for deploying via management API's ?
