[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-20188) when invoking "Refresh" on a JMX node it causes the whole JMX tree to collapse

JBIDE-18085 basically just worked around the issue rather than fix it directly. The issue is that every node in the tree must properly implement .equals and hashcode() in order for the tree to function entirely as expected.
