I notice that preview editor tests fails after timeout. I fix this error, tests fails correctly, but at least build becomes yellow.

We would respect the java references in our batch validation but we should make sure it won't harm performance. As a workaround (if you really don't like this warning) you can disable (via a quick fix or directly in the preferences) this validation rule for the project.
