It's a strange error? I have Windows OS 64 bits and I had never this problem.
Victor told me that it was perhaps because the background color for popup was not setted. I have the intention to support dark theme and I will update tern.java with the same code than JSDT (HTMLPrinter). But I'm waiting for JSDT Team accepts my patch https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=486341 which improves JSDT Dark theme to do the same thing for tern.java
