As you'd expect you can actually have serveral server adapters per OpenShift server. As mentioned we could/should create an adapter when the user creates an aplication. We're tracking this feature request in JBIDE-21372 was (Author: adietish): [~aurelien.pupier] as [~akazakov] pointed out, we cannot create a server adapter before there's a given workspace project that it'll publish to the given service.
