Originally, I created this task in past and it should just skip tests for issues which are already reported but I merge them because it goes hand by hand with the JBTIS-755. So basically there is no difference but both are covered in one pull request.

it is currently in a dedicated view.
It is then hard to find for people used to JBDS and other servers.
