When I create a new OpenShift 3 application from a template, there is a running build. Once a build pod is completed, it has status "Completed". But now it contains status "Exit Code: 0" which is not user friendly and it broke integration tests.

The thing is that the vagrant process is no longer getting all the environment variables and only PATH is now passed. We need at least VAGRANT_HOME to be part of the command options as well.

I see several possibilities:
- provide it at least for the "online installer", the one which is downloading what it needs
and then:
- provide a big bundle installer with a huge size
- provide 2 bundle installers, one with the vbox, one with hyper-V, it will be to the user to know which one to download
