Using the latest Spring IDE3.8.3.201611211840-CI-B1454 build from http://dist.springsource.com/snapshot/TOOLS/nightly/e4.6

I was able to successfully install these 12 features...
!springide383-install-feature-list-select.png!
... into devstudio rpm install:
!springide383-fixed-jbds4190-installed.png|thumbnail!
However, Eclipse crashed on restart, so I restarted with:
{code}./eclipse -clean -vmargs -Dosgi.resolver.usesMode=strict{code}
and it was then able to run.
