[~mlabuda]I noticed this, too.
It is verly likely that this is an upstream/platform issue with SWT/GTK3. Can you please verify this in Windows/Mac?
It would also be helpful if you could report what distro and gtk3 version you're using.
I have FC23/gtk3-3.18.6-1.fc23.x86_64

> In New OpenShift application wizard on the wizard page with template parameters when I select to edit a parameter with empty ("") or generated ("(generated)") value, text widget to enter new value is marked with error validation mark, that new value is required, but OK button is enabled. It either should be without validation mark or OK button should be disabled, if confirmation is meant to be allowed only for a new value.

by Martin Malina (JIRA)

Martin Malina commented on JBDS-3566:
-------------------------------------
[~maxandersen], if you want a new jira for actually making it work, then let me know. It's all the same to me.
As for the versions, they indeed are different.
This is in JBT, the one that works (with the eclipse discovery server):
{code}
1.0.1.v20150913-0716
{code}
And this is in JBDS:
{code}
1.100.0.v20151228-1159
{code}
> include AERI in JBDS
> --------------------
>
> Key: JBDS-3566
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3566
> Project: Developer Studio (JBoss Developer Studio)
> Issue Type: Feature Request

> Affects Versions: 9.1.0.Beta1, 10.0.0.Alpha1

> Include required bundles for AERI in JBDS. Details TBD.
