[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-21701) Enable port forwarding on a given pod and a given debug port
by Fred Bricon (JIRA)
Fred Bricon commented on JBIDE-21701:

> Given a remote debug port, we need to ensure to programmatically enable port forwarding on a pod, return the matching local debug port (named debug).
> The local port could be determined as the next available free port, or read from the server adapter's preferences. But that latter case would also require adding some UI to let a user set the local port. That could be done in a later iteration.
> If port forwarding is already enabled on the remote pod, then the current local debug port should be returned

> Currently styled texts for "get started" and "retrieve token" parts (maybe there are other places) are almost perfect. What I found a place for an enhancement is making it similar to labels. I mean don't allow user to put caret into it (after mouse left click) and marking text would not be possible too.

> When I am having an OpenShift 3 Server Adapter in Server view e.g. freshly created, it is stopped by default. Its context menu Show In - Web Browser is disabled at this point, although it not makes much sense, because it is possible to show an application in browser at this point via OpenShift explorer view. Adapter does not have to be started to perform this. Max suggested that after selecting context menu Show In - Web Browser, an OS 3 server adapter could/should start.
