[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-22267) Egit perspective "disappears" after installing JBoss Tools from Eclipse Marketplace

Since we don't plan to update JBoss Tools 4.3.x to force egit 4.2 onto users & to remove 4.1.1, we can't easily fix this in the 4.3.x stream.
