Please try to update to JBoss Tools 4.3.1. Final (Eclipse Mars.2) or JBoss Tools 4.4 (Eclipse Neon). If you still can reproduce it then please attache the log file. If I add more then 1 user and select different one then the first one, it is ignored when I am being prompted for password.
