That makes sense; the alternative would be to introduce "touch" commits into the jbosstools-build-sites and jbdevstudio-product repos to force those timestamps up when we actually want them increased. Since jbosstools-build-sites contains no artifacts (only update sites), using jgit timestamps does seem confusing. However, jbdevstudio-product contains artifacts (plugins, features) and products (installer, update site), I think we might need to use a hybrid approach there.
