Viacheslav Kabanovich commented on JBIDE-22868:
-----------------------------------------------
[~jeffmaury], please take a look at the pull request. If "repoPath" is cleared in dialog settings, next time wizard will open with checked "Use default clone destination".

> When importing an OpenShift 3 application, I can customize where to clone source code. If I change it from default git clone location to something different. e.g. /home/mlabuda/git/alt instead of /home/mlabuda/git, the new value is used all the time. Problem is, when I decide to use default git clone location again so I check the checkbox to use that one. But this choice is not remembered and every time custom location is used. So I have to change it manually by checking the checkbox all the time.
> I think, if user want to use customized location all the time he should change it in git preferences. So it would be compatible across whole IDE.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-3820) Run the msi installers with suppressed UI
by Denis Golovin (JIRA)
Denis Golovin updated JBDS-3820:
--------------------------------
Target Release: 10.1.0.GA (was: 10.0.0.GA)
> Run the msi installers with suppressed UI
> -----------------------------------------
>
> Key: JBDS-3820
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3820
> Project: Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio (devstudio)
> Issue Type: Enhancement
> Components: platform-installer
> Affects Versions: 9.1.0.CR1
> Reporter: Jan Richter
> Assignee: Denis Golovin
> Labels: havoc
> Fix For: 10.1.0.AM3

> If I remember correctly, we've been running the msi installers with reduced UI (/qb) because suppressing the UI required administrative privileges.
> Since the 7zipped installer needs those privileges to start, we could switch to using suppressed UI (/qn), could we not?

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-3814) Confirm close pop-up appears too high on the window
by Denis Golovin (JIRA)
Denis Golovin resolved JBDS-3814.
---------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Done with JBDS-3713, now system message dialog is used. It appears in the center of the window.

> It looks really unnatural to me that the dialog appears practically at the top of the window, I'd expect it to be about in the middle.
