We might want to use some sort of check to ensure that the version of these, when a dupe occurs (but for a different version) is the same for all devstudio instances - be they rpm based or update site. I've updated the PR https://github.com/jbdevstudio/jbdevstudio-product/pull/397 and merged it since it seems the smaller rpm works just as well as the large one. I've proposed https://git.eclipse.org/r/79873/ to fix this issue. Basically my proposal is : - Bouncycastle bundles should keep the same BSN if multiple are going to co-exist. This way p2 will continue to prefer higher versioned units. When the BSN is different this can't happen, and you can get mixed versions. - Don't use resolution:=optional on mandatory dependencies.
