[~odockal] You were able to continue installation with this fix, right? I just want to confirm, that leftover msiexec process doesn't block installation for other MSI installers called form DevSuite.

Basically, I believe I'll simply trim and quote Eclipse New & Noteworthy, and try to add some user-stories covering multiple changes (to show that we focus on users and consistent experience for a given need).
