I created a work folder under C: (C:\work) and my workspace is a sub folder of this one. It appears that in that case, NTFS permissions are not the same between C:\Users\xxxx and C:\work causing rsync to fail when it is run against C:\work. Note: there's no effort underway for the OpenShift 2 tooling any more since all work is done on the OpenShift 3 tooling, which superseeds OpenShift 2.
