Current version of ZT's JRebel is 7.0.2 so pretty sure the RPM problem is resolved - need to verify.
http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e4.6/ now contains org.springframework.ide.eclipse.* 3.8.3.201612191259-RELEASE so we can update Central to this latest version. Follow https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-4190 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-23515 for details.
