Yes, using corporate proxy, which I have specified in IDE preferences -> Network Connections.
Yesterday, I tried updated JBoss Developer Studio 11.1. With the same settings now I am able to get JBoss Cental loaded, however still no luck in getting software update.
So this problem is no longer observed :
An internal error occurred during: "Download quickstarts list".
An internal error occurred during: "Extract Central page".
An internal error occurred during: "Refreshing JBoss Buzz...".
ide-config.properties can't be loaded from the org.jboss.tools.foundation.core plugin
However, I still observe this issue:
Unable to read repository at https://devstudio.redhat.com/11/stable/updates/content.xml.
sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException:

FIY, JBoss Developer Studio 9 seems to work fine.

The Start menu is open after logon on Win8. It causes some problems.
* All the screenshots are showing Start menu, not the Eclipse which is running on background.
* The tests which use keyboard input may fail because Start menu catchs the key presses.
