Thanks, [~odockal] ! It's a shame we get that remediation page but at least everything is installable. I hope that once we have the 10.4 version on the /stable/ URL, Eclipse will find that instead of the 10.3.0.GA version and there will be no conflict.
[~jkopriva] can you verify that Docker Tooling works and doesn't cause any other parts of Devstudio (eg., egit, cdk, forge, openshift... ) ?

When signing up one has to choose a region that then decides on what url you can access your openshift server. Currently I only get 1 region offered, but I assume that there will be more available over time. I thus think that we should only provide a link to sign up but no default server (since that default server changes upon the region that you choose when you sign up).

> Well, the 2.3.0.20170425 rebuild of Docker Tools fixes wiring issues w.r.t. docker by depending on OLDER dependencies like spotify.docker 3.4, httpcomponents.httpcore (and httpclient), plus backlevels jnr.* plugins too.
> Without this fix [1], installation may pull in an older version of Docker Tools, which depends on newer dependencies. This forces the old deps and the newer feature to be installed and used.
