[JBoss JIRA] (JBIDE-24522) Incremental deployment for WF11/EAP7.1 - only redeploy if necessary

So all good from me. Verified in devstudio-11.0.0.AM1-v20170620-0539-B270-installer-standalone.jar. But it does not actually deploy incrementally. It will still redeploy the whole module on the server. The improvement that was done in that JIRA is that now the whole project is not copied over to the server every time there is a change - now only the changes are being sent. I almost reopened this JIRA because at first it didn't work for me - content assist didn't do anything. But then it started to work. And I cannot make it not work again. And I had Radim try this and it works for him as well. So I have no choice but to close this JIRA. I'd like to point out that you didn't fix the main point of this JIRA - to make it work without using content assist. But I'm not gonna force you. At least now it continuously refines the suggestions as you keep typing. Once you use content assist.
