So, I'm resolving this. Opened JBIDE-24557 to discuss test plugins (& sources) being published into JBT. But note that because Fuse integration tests are failing, there hasn't been a new Fuse build published since June 2: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/oxygen/snapshots/builds/jbosstools-f...
