To be able to certify EAP7-194 we need to know these tests pass for JBDS 11 / EAP 7.1.0.CR1 and moreover we need the tests passing in the Jenkins job to be able to tests that EAP 7.1.z cumulative patches don't break JBDS/EAP compatibility.
