With the latest changes to move to Photon.0.M7 today [1], here is the small list of duplicate IUs still in the TP:

I tried to install something else (RedDeer) via marketplace with OpenJDK build 1.8.0_161-b14 and it was ok.

It seems that the issue is only with Open JDK.
