My guess is that this is a regression introduced while adding a new option to set the
management port to the server host:

To be clear, the problem happens when you don't check the new checkbox.
When you do check it, it works as intended.
Remote AS7 is broken - -Djboss.bind.address.management=null is set by

When you setup a remote AS7 server (tried both 7.0.2 and 7.1.1) it will use
-Djboss.bind.address.management=null in the launch command by default - this will break
the start.
